Choose between an energizing yoga sculpt session or a relaxing and restorative flow, taught by a private instructor. The class begins with a light reflection and meditation and ends with cool lavender infused towels. Depending on your vacation rental property and the weather, classes can be set indoors, in the backyard or patio, poolside and oceanside. Each private class is a duration of 1 hour. All mats, equipment and water bottles are provided.
